My name is Tammi Culmann, CEO and Founder of Happi Tail Mobile Grooming & Pet Sitting

I started the business back in 2009, which makes it 14 years old. I graduated from The Animal Arts Academy in Carmel, Indiana. I started the business in the basement of my home where I could gain practice at grooming all size dogs, and even cats. After advertising in a local paper, I received a call from a gentleman who wanted to try the House Grooming Services. It was a success and they loved it for their 14 year old Yorkie, named Buster. As I got more clients, I started seeing a pattern. The dogs and cats were in a category that I would categorize as “Special Needs”. Most of them needed a little more hand or paw holding because of trauma, anxiety, aggression or physical limitations. Many of the clients would contact me in tears that they were so glad to find Happi Tail Mobile Grooming. Even though the fur babies were very challenging. At the same time, it was Super Rewarding! Because, the clients trusted me with grooming their fur kids. I began to get requests to Pet Sit them too. So, began Happi Tail Pet Sitting.
